Packaging Solutions

For over 20 years we have specialised in the packaging of industrial goods of widely varying types for transport as sea or air freight. Our solutions are just as varied as your requirements: whether packaging for heavy products, industrial plant packaging or long-term packaging with special procedures for protecting the contents — our solutions are tailored exactly to your requirements; during this process we also follow the specific regulations in the recipient country.

Logistic Services

We support you during the implementation of logistics concepts, inventory management, quality controls, consolidation and order picking, stowing in containers and transport, as well as handling and customs clearance.

With a modern inventory management system, you have information on the status of your goods with us at any time.

Hazardous Goods

DTG Verpackungslogistik GmbH is certified for the packaging of hazardous goods of any type. We store and package hazardous goods in a safety area set up internally for this purpose. Our specially trained employees not only undertake the packaging of the hazardous goods, they also prepare the necessary documentation and, upon request, organise transport worldwide.

Stowing in Containers

Our packages are optimised for transport in standard containers. With our CAD program for crates and intelligent software for stowing in containers, we ensure the optimal use of container capacity and save our customers high transport costs. Stowing crates in containers and weighing containers is one of our daily tasks.

Crate Fabrication

We are linked directly to three of the Group's own modern crate fabrication sites. The crates developed on the CAD system are transferred online to the works, fabricated and delivered within a few working days - to our sites in Fellbach and Remshalden, or directly to our customers where we pack on-site.

IT Solutions

We work with the latest, cloud-based IT solutions. Industry 4.0 is pointing the way for us. For example, we offer our customers cloud-based photographic documentation, or a powerful inventory management system that continuously provides information on the status of your packaging goods. We create interfaces to the ERP systems at our customers and in this way make it possible to exchange data in real time.
